The Challenge
The client required an introductory stationery suite that would support the brand’s initial market outreach. With no prior branding or design assets provided, the visual identity had to be developed from the ground up including a functional logo design, print layout, and adaptable styling. The deliverables had to balance a sense of freshness and fragrance with hygiene and technical credibility.
The Brand
Aroma Technique is a Cyprus-based business offering ambient scenting systems and hygiene solutions for professional spaces. Services include aromatic diffusers, automatic WC sanitizing units, insect repellents, and dispenser products for commercial environments. The project involved the creation of core brand materials to support client outreach and establish a professional presence.

Design Approach
The aesthetic direction was driven by the nature of the services: freshness, aromatic environments, and hygiene maintenance. A vibrant, colorful palette was selected, paired with floral motifs and soft gradients to reflect fragrance and care.
Each printed piece had a distinct communicative role:
- The business card introduced the brand with a clean yet expressive visual language.
- The hygiene sticker was designed for WC placement, emphasizing safety, trust, and cleanliness with a concise message.
- The bifold brochure presented the range of services and products in a structured and accessible layout, tailored for distribution to prospective clients.
All graphic elements, layout composition, and logo icon were developed specifically for this project, ensuring visual consistency across all applications.






Outcome
The client was highly satisfied with the final materials, which were printed and actively used in commercial contexts. Stickers were applied across serviced locations, while the brochures and business cards supported client communication and outreach efforts.
